Grilled steak


Chuck Steak  
Neutral oil (Canola or Grapeseed) | 1 Tbsp.


1. Begin by marinating your steak with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste (*Pro tip: Marinate your steak for at least two hours in the morning or for up to 3 days ahead of time.) 
2. Heat neutral oil to high heat in a saucepan (*Pro tip, oil will be shiny and less thick when it’s ready to use)
3. Sear each side until deep brown | 2 min. per side
4. Finish in preheated oven until internal temperature is 140°C | 400°F for 5-15 minutes 
5. Rest steak before slicing | 10 min
6. Cut the steak on the bias and against the grain into 1” cubes
