NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Future Foods US, LLC (d/b/a Future Foods) (“Sponsor”) located at 633 W 5th St, Suite 11, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Entrants must be employed at an office location within a delivery area serviced by the Sponsor or its third-party delivery partners. This offer is void in U.S. territories and all jurisdictions outside the 50 United States.

Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, or brother.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on December 4th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 23rd, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock. Sponsor reserves the right to end this Sweepstakes promotion at any time, in its sole discretion.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must visit the dedicated Sweepstakes landing page and fully complete the official entry form. The form requires providing Full Name, Office Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. 

Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, or other failures.

4. Winner Selection, Notification, and Claims

A. Drawing: One (1) winner will receive the Prize. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 29th, 2025 from all eligible entries received.

B. Notification: The potential winner will be contacted via both the email address and phone number provided on the entry form (the "Notification") within approximately 48 hours of the drawing.

C. Claims: The potential winner must respond to the Notification within 2 days. If relevant, the potential winner will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Paperwork”). 

If a potential winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated, fails to respond to the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Prize Details

A. One (1) winner will receive a burrito catering prize for their office, up to a maximum of 100 burritos total (“Prize”).

• Redemption: The prize must be redeemed by January 16, 2025 and is subject to availability and delivery radius in the winner's area.

• Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

B. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

C. Prize Restrictions: Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. 

6. General Conditions

By participating, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates; and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. Participants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

8. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CA. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY PARTICIPANT SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY. PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST SPONSOR RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

9. Privacy

Any information participants provide will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and for the Sponsor’s general business purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at futurefoods.io/legal/privacy-policy.

10. Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, each Entrant agrees to allow Sponsor the perpetual right to use his or her name, office name, location, biographical information, and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

11. Winners List

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received within 3 months from the end of the Sweepstakes to the following: Future Foods US LLC, ATTN Burrito Giveaway Winner List, 633 W 5th St, Suite 11, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

12. Social Media Release

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or any other social media platform. By participating, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to those platforms. You agree to release and hold harmless those platforms from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes.
