    White onion, diced | 2 oz

    Jalapeño, seeded and diced | 1 medium

    Chopped cilantro | 2 TBSP

    Fresh lime juice | 1 lime

    Salt | To taste

    Olive oil | 1 TBSP
    Add all ingredients to a bowl

    Toss to combine
