Sautéed Peppers & Onions

    White Onion | 2oz

    Bell Pepper | 2oz

    Neutral oil (canola or grapeseed) | 1 TBS
    Heat oil to medium

    Thinly slice onion and pepper

    Cook, tossing occasionally, until soft and translucent | 5 min
*Pro Tip:
    Oil will be shiny and less thick when it’s ready to use
