Sautéed peppers & onions


Neutral oil (canola or grapeseed) | 1 Tbsp.
White onion, thinly sliced | 2 Oz 
Bell pepper, thinly sliced | 2 Oz


1. Heat neutral oil to medium heat in sauce pan (*Pro tip, oil will be shiny and less thick when it’s ready to use) 
2. Add in white onion and bell pepper 
3. Cook, tossing occasionally, until soft and translucent | 5 min
